Explore the most common questions we’re asked about Bosch Rexroth extrusions and the service we can offer. If you don’t see your question on the list, get in touch with the team and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer any options to integrate with Bosch Rexroth profiles?
Yes, as well as being a Bosch Rexroth partner offering complete solutions, we have our own fabrication division and also offer machining and many other manufacturing processes. Whatever you need, we can use a blend of solutions to help.
Can you offer a turnkey service?
Absolutely. We offer full in-house engineering services, from site surveys and design, all the way to installation. Read more here >
What kind of Bosch Rexroth extrusions do you supply?
As a Bosch Rexroth partner, we offer a huge range of assembly technology solutions, including basic mechanical elements, manual production systems, material supply and flow rack systems, EcoShape systems and EcoSafe safety guarding. Read more here >
Can you process and assemble rather than just supply?
Yes – we’re much more than just a supplier. There is no need to cut, drill or assemble the profiles yourself if you don’t have the time, capability or capacity. We can do all of these for you.
Do you offer polycarbonate or similar options?
Yes, we can offer polycarbonate, PETG, aluminium composite, PVC, aluminium, stainless steel, and many other solutions for screens, guarding, workstation dividers and similar. PETG offers a great, cost-effective, clear plastic finish, though if you have any other requirements, let us know.
Can the aluminium extrusions come in any colours other than silver?
One of the benefits of using us for your Bosch Rexroth extrusions is that you’re not limited to the standard silver finish. We can offer powder-coated aluminium profiles to match your workplace, brand colours or many other colour choices.
Do you have the Bosch Rexroth profiles and connections I need in stock?
As a Bosch Rexroth distributor, we have a huge range of Bosch Rexroth aluminium profiles and connections available for fast dispatch. However, with thousands of potential options available, we of course can’t hold everything in stock! The good news is that we’re located just 15 minutes from Bosch Rexroth and can normally source any additional components required within around a week, or a couple of weeks if they need to be imported. If you have an urgent requirement, just get in touch.
How do your prices compare to the big industry catalogue suppliers?
We’re actually cheaper! Plus you’ll get a much more personal service from us, with advice and help from our engineering experts if needed.
I don’t know what size extrusions I need. Can you help?
Of course. We’re run by engineers, not salespeople. This means we can advise on exactly what profiles and connectors you’ll need for your project, based on the size, strength and required use.
Can you offer advice on my project?
Absolutely. We’re happy to come and visit you for a site survey and to help spec out your project, whether you need Bosch Rexroth assembly technology, mechanical and fabrication solutions, or a tailored blend. We can even design it for you if required.
Do you cover my location?
We work across the UK and can carry out surveys and installations anywhere in the country.
Can you deliver EcoSafe guarding to the UK Machinery Directive specifications?
Yes. You can be assured that our EcoSafe guarding systems comply with the UK Machinery Directive requirements.
Can you supply motorised conveyor systems?
Yes, we offer the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow Plus chain conveyor system and the TS2 transfer system.
Is EcoShape the right option for my project?
The simple answer is that it depends! The Bosch Rexroth EcoShape system is quicker and easier to assemble than strut profiles, so can be more cost effective. With a smaller, optimised range of profiles and connectors, it’s designed to be a simple, versatile option. EcoShape is ideal for flow rack systems and is compatible with the XLean, Lean and EcoFlow roller systems. If you’d like to explore whether it’s a suitable option for your particular project, get in touch and we’ll be happy to offer our advice.
Can you use Bosch Rexroth’s MTpro software for designing my project?
Yes, we can use the MTpro software for your project design, though it has some limitations. We therefore also use other CAD systems where appropriate.
