The Basic Mechanical Elements modular profile system from Bosch Rexroth is a versatile option. With a huge range of bolt-together connectors available for virtually any load or application, this efficient solution is also very versatile. It comes with additional accessories to add flexibility and extend your applications beyond simple frames and bases, to create complete multi-functional structures. In addition to the standard Bosch aluminium extrusion parts, components for storage, parts presentation, tool organisation and worker comfort mean we can build exactly the structure you need for the task.
Designed specifically with lean production installations in mind, Bosch Rexroth’s Manual Production Systems use aluminium profiles to create ergonomic workstations and flexible production lines which can be quickly adapted to improve working efficiency and reduce waste. These workstation systems also include ESD protection to protect your products from electrostatic discharge generated by the manufacturing process. In addition, a range of customisable products and accessories is available to create bespoke workstation solutions.
Bosch Rexroth Flow Rack Systems feature various conveyor track and roller options, making them extremely economical and easy to expand as requirements change. They feature multiple options for storing and supplying materials, containers and more. Various Flow Rack systems are available for different requirements. As well as offering higher stability due to the intelligently-designed, optimised connectors, EcoShape is over 30% lighter than steel tube alternatives.
The Bosch Rexroth EcoSafe Safety Guarding System offers some of the most versatile safety fencing on the market. The use of aluminium extrusions rather than traditional solid steel fences means that we can modify or extend your safety guarding on site, and our experienced engineers are able to offer fast assembly. Protective surfaces are also available in a range of materials.
