We can be involved at the very beginning of your project, come on site or discuss the aims and requirements of the project via video or phone call – we can utilise our experience to accelerate the project by catching design needs early in the project.
Several of the team are qualified on AutoCAD and also Autodesk Inventor – we can take your .STEP, .DXF or .DWG files or design from scratch. This includes the Assembly technology side of our business where we can design complete assemblies, and also the bespoke manufacture side of the business.

For both the mechanical and fabrication, and assembly technologies sides of our business we are regularly completing factory acceptance testing (FAT) and then on our customers premises site acceptance testing (SAT) services. We have processes in place to ensure this is done effectively, utilising our in-house team of skilled engineers.
We are often asked to install the product for the customer, creating a turn-key service. The same engineers that built the product are likely to carry out the installation; we do not sub-contract this, ensuring continued quality throughout.
Our teams always maintain a high degree of flexibility and awareness, particular attention is paid to Health and Safety, making sure to operate within the latest legislation and your project guidelines.
Method Statements with Risk Analysis can be carried out for the installation. Our multi-skilled team are qualified First Aiders, Powered Access Licence (PAL) holders, and fork truck licence holders.
We are also experienced in mechanical installations. These are often required when we are carrying out a project that involves structural steelwork, machine guarding, barriers etc. In fact, a large amount of our work is carried out on a ‘supply and fit’ basis.
Air and water pipe work installation is another area we cover, often to complement our fabrication of an item, but also as a stand-alone service.
